We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Specialist with expertise in the massage chair industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling massage chairs or related wellness products and a strong understanding of the UAE market. This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and expand the customer base in the UAE.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of different massage chairs.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and direct consumers to enhance sales opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales incentives, and advertising strategies.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting performance metrics to management.
Stay informed about the latest massage chair innovations and industry trends to educate customers effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the massage chair or wellness product industry.
Strong knowledge of the UAE market and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and explain technical features in a customer-friendly manner.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
