If your CV has a passport photo in 2025, we need to talk.
No recruiter is zooming in to admire your face.
They are looking for fit, not fine.
Your photo, date of birth, religion, marital status Non of theses helps you land an interview.
Do this instead: Start with a strong headline; Biomedical Science Graduate/ Excel & Power point BI/ Digital Marketer/ Bioinformatics Expert
Then add three or four skills that match the job.
Use bullets that show what you ve done not what you believe.
Remember your CV speaks for you before even get in the interview room. Make every line count.
