What an incredible start to celebrating **International Women’s Day** 🌍✨

This morning I had the privilege of attending the **GIBS Alumni International Women’s Day Breakfast** at the Gordon Institute of Business Science. The discussion on *“Beyond Representation: Investing in Women to Shape Leadership and Future-Ready Institutions”* was both inspiring and thought-provoking.

Hearing insights from remarkable women leaders reminded me that progress is not only about representation at the table, but about **actively investing in women’s leadership, influence, and impact**.

A powerful keynote on *“Give to Gain”* reinforced the importance of lifting others as we rise — creating opportunities, building networks, and supporting the next generation of women leaders.

Grateful to be part of conversations that continue to shape stronger, more inclusive leadership for the future.
