We so enjoy preparing healthy (but a little bit decadent) food using only seasonal ingredients. Here we brightened up Thai noodles with fresh veggies & our spicy Asian green dressing, and served this salad alongside Thai fishcakes. Yum!

That's it folks! That's our Pop-up for May done & dusted and a huge success it was, too! Yesterday was slow-ish and steady, but today pumped and we are super-grateful!
