MEMORANDUM: IN LOVING MEMORY OF NOMSA BONTLE🙏🏽

Today we stand still as a family.
Today we bow our heads, not in defeat, but in honor.
Today we remember and celebrate the life of a soldier, a builder, a light — ( NOMSA BONTLE )🇿🇦.
WHO WAS NOMSA TO REAL NGEMPELA?
Nomsa was not just a member. She was foundation.
From the very first day she walked into , through Ngempela Entertainment, to Real Ngempela, we never had one problem with her. Not one.
She was committed. She was focused. She was loyal. She was always ready to serve Mzansi.
Her contribution was POWERFUL:
1. As a Board Member: Nomsa brought solutions where others saw problems. In our meetings she spoke with wisdom. She helped us shape the plans to solve problems in our nation — unemployment, drugs, and forgotten talent.
2. As an Actress & Connector: Nomsa had a fire for the screen. But it was never about fame for herself. She used media to lift others. It was NOMSA who opened doors for many artists registered under Real Ngempela today. Because of her, we have artists who can now host their own events. Because of her, we have people now connected to radio, TV, and big stages.
She did her part. And she did it with excellence.
3. As a Nation Builder: She traveled with us across Mzansi. From big gig to gigs. From town to town. She carried the vision on her back. She helped push Real Ngempela forward when it was heavy.
OUR LAST MOMENTS WITH HER😭😭😭
The last time we saw Nomsa was at the Sebokeng Event.
That day she introduced us to her husband with pride. We welcomed him as part of the Ngempela family. We stood together and prayed: “God, bless this union. Bless them with jobs. Bless them with a good life.”.
So when the news came that Nomsa had passed on, our hearts broke. We were shocked. Her husband was also traumatized and confused. We understand the pain. We are sorry for the short notice. But we stand with you.
TO ALL FAMILIES WHO HAVE LOST LOVED ONES UNDER REAL NGEMPELA
We see you. We feel your pain as leadership.
Hear this: Those who worked with us physically have not left us. They now work with us SPIRITUALLY.
They are our angels. They are protecting us. They are opening doors for the next generation of talent coming after them.
Your work while you were alive does NOT stop. We believe you are still helping us from above.
OUR SACRED PROMISE FROM REAL NGEMPELA
To all legendary
As Real Ngempela, we are honest: we are not financially balanced right now.
But we make this covenant before God and before you:
The moment God blesses us, we WILL look after your children.
That is our gift to you, Nomsa & others . That is how your soul will rest in peace knowing your seed is covered.
As Dr Solution Mfundisi wama 2000, I declare: Every child born in 2000 is my child. And the children of our team are MY children too.
We will not forget you. From Abomastanda → Ngempela Entertainment → Real Ngempela, your name is written in our history.

Dear Community and Nation,
It is with a heavy but proud heart that I address you.
We have lost precious members of the Real Ngempela family. People who walked with us from day one. People who built this vision with sweat. When a foundation stone falls, the whole house feels it.
To new people joining us: Welcome. But know this — REAL NGEMPELA IS BIG.
It was not started by man alone. It was CALLED AND NOMINATED BY GOD HIMSELF. Our mandate is clear.
TO THE FAMILIES:
You are NOT alone. We will honor your loved ones with a special event to remember and accommodate all members we have lost in this company.
Especially the children. The children of those who worked with us before, and those working with us now. We will not abandon them.
TO THE NATION:😭
Our work does NOT stop because we are grieving.
We are still here to fight:
Against drug addiction. Against unemployment. For young talent.
That is why we ask for your support and donations. The work must continue.
Some support has come from abroad. Now we are calling on South Africans: Stand with your own. Help our own children.
If we are not united, we will struggle.
Charity matters. The more we give, the more God gives back to us.
To the family of the late Nomsa Bontle, and to all families grieving:
May God protect you. May God comfort you. May God give you strength that surpasses understanding.
We are here to walk with you. We are here to bring joy to your children in memory of your loved one.
TO ALL SOUTH AFRICANS:
I am still here. Real Ngempela is still here.
We will not stop. We will keep PENETRATING THE STONE BY FORCE, because this is the task God has given us.
We love you.
We honor those who have passed.
