Did you know that even if an employee hasn't join the trade union at workplace the employer can deduct money from your salary if there is an agreement called Agency shop agreement. This agreement seeks to level the field because employees who are not union members but do benefits from the efforts of the union members.
But what what is important is that even Thore non union members are paying but the union is not obliged to represent the employee who is paying through agency shop agreement because he or she is not a member but he or she is only paying for ukuthi udlangandoda. .
