Pathao is looking for an 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our dynamic 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 team. This role is ideal for early to mid-career professionals with a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and product development. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams - including data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders - to define and deliver user-focused data solutions.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼:
• Support the development and ex*****on of product roadmaps aligned with Pathao’s strategic goals
• Analyze user data, behavior, and feedback to identify insights and drive product improvements
• Act as a bridge between engineering and cross-functional teams (design, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless collaboration
• Assist in managing Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product direction
• Draft clear user stories and PRDs to guide the development team
• Coordinate product launches and contribute to go-to-market strategies
• Drive process improvements in product development and team collaboration
• Take ownership of tasks and manage timelines independently across teams and time zones
• Gather feedback and communicate updates to keep all stakeholders aligned
• Champion user experience through usability testing and ongoing product refinement
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴:
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or related roles (internship/project experience acceptable), with familiarity in Agile/Scrum
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or further specialization in Product Management is a plus, but not required.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, and how data products are built
• Experience supporting product development in fast-paced environments
• Proficient with project management tools like Jira for tracking and collaboration
• Skilled in writing clear user stories and breaking down product requirements
• Strong communication skills to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Awareness of tech industry trends, especially in ridesharing, food delivery, and logistics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and market trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
