What a different morning today has been! Helen Diamond Swimming was contacted to be part of a water safety news items for Channel 5 news - being aired tonight between 5pm and 6pm. With so many drownings in recent weeks, it’s going to be a very worthwhile report; highlighting the dangers of waters around us and explaining the “float to live” campaign. Lakes, rivers and the sea are completely different to a swimming pool. They are deep, you don’t know what’s in the water, it’s dark and murky, with currents that you can’t always see and the cold temperature will literally take your breath away. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay safe around these waters and learn this technique 🙏🏻. Please do inbox me for any further information 🙏🏻

Anyone else feel like they’ve woken up in September this morning? Prepped the trailer for later in the week but it may be a mixed bag of service due to the weather, plus I’ve had a PRP injection in my shoulder today so not sure if I’m able to move the trailer Friday or Saturday. Sunday will not be a problem 🙏🏻 so will see you at Tranmere for the car boot 🩵. Have a good rest of the week and we are half way to the weekend 🩵🩵

Thank you to everyone that visited me today The BIG Wirral Car Boot Sale - Tranmere - great to see some lovely friends and some new faces 🩵🩵. Upon getting back to the unit, I realised I’d locked my padlock keys in the trailer 🤣🤣🤣 luckily, I’d not locked the hatch, so Dukes of Hazard style (those of you old enough to remember the original series), climbed through the serving hatch. Navigated clambering over the generator and stacked boxes, and they were on the floor in the nose of the trailer 🤣🤣🤣
