Today I saw a post that really resonated with me.

People who genuinely care about you should be happy when good things happen in your life. They should cheer you on, support your dreams, and celebrate your successes simply because they matter to you.

Life isn't meant to be a competition. There is enough room for everyone to grow, succeed, and make a difference. Jealousy and comparison only take away from the joy we could be sharing.

True supporters don't bring you down to make themselves feel taller. They encourage you to keep going, especially when the road is difficult.

Be the person who claps when others win. Be the person who supports a good cause because it's the right thing to do. Be the person who lifts others up instead of pulling them down.

I only just learned that our emotions often show up in different parts of the body. Fear can feel like tightness in the chest. Intuition often sits in the stomach.
