I'm working on a 4-lane capable Track Marshal system that can also be used as a driver’s station for 1 to 4 lanes.
The system will cut power to all lanes when it detects that a car has deslotted, and the fault will be marked with a red light indicator. As a simple race rule, the driver who accumulates three faults is disqualified (this is just a race agreement — power can still be restored if needed).
When you're ready to resume the race, simply press the retake button. A sequence of three beeps will signal the restart.
You can power the system in a beginner or advanced configuration:
* Use a single power supply for all lanes, or
* Use independent power supplies for each lane.
The system will also detect false trigger or shoes contacts from each controller or car, and will blink the corresponding lane LED to indicate the issue.
Compatible with all scales, and with 2 or 3, or line analog controller setups.
I'm still refining the design, but the expected price will be between $100 and $150. If you'd like to reserve one early, I’ll offer a $15 discount off the final price.
PS: The image was generated by AI based on an initial sketch of mine, so the final product will definitely be a refined version.
