Update: Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been completely absent on here since Christmas really so I wanted to give you a little update. I quit my job just before Christmas as it was making me miserable and I had a new job lined up which I started in February. I feel like the nerves about starting and then everything I had to learn once I’d started just consumed me and I couldn’t focus on sewing at all. I’ve now been at my new job 6 months and I feel I’ve finally settled and I’m so much happier than I was.
In terms of this business I’m not really sure what I’m going to do, unfortunately fabric prices are increasing so much that I’m struggling to see how it could be a viable business for me.
For now, I have all this beautiful fabric sat on my shelf and I’d much rather see it made into cute outfits for your little ones so I’m going to make it all up into various sizes of rompers, leggings and shorts and have a pre-made sale, date to be confirmed. I’ll advertise everything here on Instagram first and then anything that doesn’t sell will go on my Etsy shop.
