We have spaces in both of our markets this year to give away some free spaces to them!

Getting excited for what's to come this year and the people we get to share it with!

We have had lots of messages come through asking if we still have applications open and if there are spots left.

The answer is YES, we keep applications open leading up to a few days out of the markets as we also have a cancellation list we have to consistently utilize throughout the months!

We do still have spots in each market, that being said we have caps on how many vendors for each genre for each market.

We currently have filled the following genres for both:

Jewlery
Sourdough
Candles
Selfcare
Beer/Vodka
Pottery
Baby clothing
Floral
Honey
Knitted gloves/toques
Cookies
Macrame
Canning

That being said as the months go by we may have to dip into our cancellation list!

So if you are wanting to apply to be part of the markets, you can find our applications in the link in our bio!

We are excited to announce that will be the recipient of this year for our markets!

This is a very special thing we have the privilege of doing in honor of our sweet boy who we lost unexpectedly.

Rescues are close to our heart and has been part of our lives for over a decade.

So make sure to check them out, follow, share and see what they do on the daily to fundraise and support those animals in need!

During the market you will find their volunteers and adoptable dogs there to meet, donate and learn about all they do!

Hey everyone,

I was hoping not to make this post,
but we sadly will have to cancel the market on November 1st!

We were anticipating enough vendors to at least cover the cost to run it,
But given the last minute nature and the day after Halloween time in not on everyone's side!

Our game plan is to plan in the new year to host two markets in 2026.

One evening summer market and the other a fall one as usual. (Fingers crossed)

Thanks everyone for your excitement, support, and continuous words of encouragement.
Really means alot to us and wouldn't be able to do these without you all!

So, for the meantime, we will post here and there,
And in the new year we will post when our 2026 dates are.

We wanted to thank Alberta Homeward Hound Rescue Bureau for taking the time of all their volunteers to come out for the market to showcase their organization and bring some of their adoptable pups!

On hebhalf of The Atlas Tribute we were able to give the rescue $1000.00 towards to what they do!

Please be sure to follow them to see all the events and workshops they put on for fundraising.

We are excited Marie & Jemah with will be with us!
If you're looking for crepe anything, this is MUST stop.
Eggs and ham in crepe, fruit, syrup, and everything else you won't get it like this.
You can find freshly made crepes, pressed juices, and lemonades here.
Nothing pre done, as fresh as it gets!

Be sure to get some breakie, lunch, and second lunch here Saturday!

Saturday is almost here, so I thought I should repost our "Keep in Minds" list.
Being a slightly different setting for a market means slightly different things to know and consider!
Bellow are some points to bare in mind when attending The Cedar Market!

• Dress for your surroundings! Being outdoors and in a wooded area, remember to think about safety and comfort. Wearing closed shoes and long, lighter apparel will help with walking throughout the wooded trails, no one likes walking through that in their wedge heels!

• Make sure to protect yourself from the sun and possible bugs! Even though we are preparing to do some mosquito fogging the morning of, it doesn't hurt to also use a preventative to deture them with some deet. Also like any summer day, remember spf is everyone's friend!

• Be prepared to use several methods of payment! Some of our vendors will be accepting several methods of payment such as debit/credit, etransfer and cash. Each vendor varies so it is better to be prepared ahead of time!

• For those wondering, we will have 4 porta pottys on-site (yay!).

• We will have some throw blankets to lay down and some chairs and a couch where you can eat your food while listening to some live music! But also feel free to bring lawn chairs if you like or blankets.

• This is one that can be hard, but for the safety of your little one and things, keeping your littles in eyes sight can eliminate them injuring themselves or the things around them!

• To help with holding your stuff, bring a tote! If you dont have any, we will be selling our awesome "The Cedar Market" ones that are great and have a good depth and width! They will be sold at "The Cedar Homestead" spot near the beginning of the market.

• As most of you know, we have a small flock of southdown babydoll sheep! That being said,we ask everyone who would love to give them "treats" to find a leaf that is around our property to feed them only please!

•Last but not least, bring your beautiful selves! We look forward to connecting with so many smiles and faces throughout the day.
