Hello there! Get ready for a fantastic weekend of wellness, fun, and learning! There’ll be almost 70 community exhibitors, giving you unparalleled access to holistic health and well-being experts all in one place. You’ll find retail stands, therapies to try, and a whole bunch of enlightening talks and presentations lined up. Plus, there’ll be some cool demonstrations, like the famous Sound Healing Demonstration by Richard using his sound tubes. Mark your calendars for 11am both days and come on down for a day of enlightenment!
£5 daily or £8 for both days, buy tickets in advance from Eventbrite or pay on the door when you arrive. Entry includes access to all talks / workshops / presentations.
Make sure to arrive early to join Milla’s African Drumming Workshop! It’s held every day at 10:15 am, and you’ll get to experience 30 minutes of uplifting and vibrant drumming. Don’t worry if you’re not a drumming pro—no experience is necessary! If you’d like to bring your own hand drums, feel free to do so. But if you’re not sure, Milla will provide djembe drums for you to use.
