Oh. My. Goodness. Supper was so good tonight. I used my instant pot to cook these country style ribs and then broiled them for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Total cooking time?
30 MINUTES!!!
And they were as tender as being smoked all day. This is going on the supper rotation.

🍍 This has been my favorite kitchen tool this summer. I don’t know why it took me so long to get one! It’s a pineapple slicer and it’s so easy to use. I’ve even used it on a small watermelon. I found mine at Burke’s, but I’ve linked one from amazon if you need it below 👇🏼

A little pre-workout to give me some energy during my work out. I love this one from Alani Nu It’s gives me a little extra push without feeling jittery. And the taste is amazing...makes me feel like I’m on a beach 😉 I have the Hawaiian shaved ice flavor.
