Alright y'all, here's the Christmas menu from VooDoo Kitchen Catering! 🎄🎅🏼
They'll be ready for pickup/delivery on Friday, Dec 23rd (my birthday FYI🎉🍾). I know it's a couple days before Christmas, but I promise it will all be just fine in the fridge!
Also, please don't judge my cakes too badly, these were done in a hurry for pictures. I promise I will put much more time and effort into any cakes that are ordered.
A couple other things:
🎄For those wanting the Little Debbie cheesecakes, I definitely recommend ordering ASAP so I can make sure that I have enough snack cakes. Each cheesecake takes 2-2.5 boxes 😳
🎄If you're wanting any boudin, I need the order in by this Friday, Dec. 9th. I'll be making my last batch for the year next week.
🎄 If you're wanting anything for New Years, I also need those orders in ASAP and it will have to be picked up/delivered early as well on Dec. 29th. We're going to Florida on the 30th for the Gator Bowl and Citrus Bowl (Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas to us🎅🏼🎁)

⏰️Pick-Up Times: TBD (this will be based on the amount of total orders)

The crawfish will be coming up fresh from Louisiana in a refrigerated truck and boiled on the spot. Each pound will include a corn cob, red potato, and sausage. We weigh the crawfish before adding the extras, so you're getting the full weight of the crawfish.

The crawfish will be packaged for you to get it safely home, but we do recommend bringing a cooler for added insulation to keep them hot. We will also have tables provided so you can eat your crawfish on site if you prefer. You may bring your own non-alcoholic drinks, but any beer will have to be purchased at the club.

Cindy's Twisted-Sicles will also be on site selling adult frozen pops!

And yes, we will be happy to show you how to peel the crawfish!

We will also be frying Cajun cracklins. These will be Louisiana style cracklins. SC natives, it's different from what you have here.

***LIVE CRAWFISH***

I have to make a quick trip to Louisiana next week so I'll be bringing back crawfish! These will only be sold LIVE - you'll have to do the boiling yourself! I'll even make a recipe printable! These will be pre-order and pre-pay. I will send an invoice via PayPal, but you can pay using other methods as well.

🦞$6/lb with a 10 lb minimum🦞

⚜️ Elloree PickUp - Friday, March 18th (almost anytime, just discuss with me)
⚜️ Holly Hill PickUp - Friday March 18th at 2:45PM in the Piggly Wiggly parking lot

Pick-Up times will be based on the amount of orders, but the earliest will be 2:00 PM. I will give the crawfish boil address with your invoice.

The crawfish will be coming up fresh from Louisiana in a refrigerated truck and boiled on the spot. Each pound will include a boiled sausage link, red potato, and corn cob. The crawfish will be packaged for you to get it safely home, but I do recommend bringing a cooler for added insulation to keep it hot.

We'll also be happy to show you how to peel them!

We will also be frying cracklins the same day. These will be Louisiana style cracklins. SC natives, it's different than what you have here.

Crawfish Pricing:
1 lb: $15
3 lbs: $40
5 lbs: $60
10+ lbs: $11/lb

Cracklins Pricing:
1/4 lb: $8
1/2 lb: $13
1 lb: $20

This will require 100% prepay on both crawfish and cracklins. I will invoice you from my Business PayPal, but you can also pay with Venmo or CashApp, and I can meet if you'd like to pay cash. Regardless of how you pay, I will update your invoice and send it to you so that you have a receipt.
There will be no exceptions to prepaying.
