Alright, so!

There's been a bit of an issue with PayPal refunds not going through and Amazon GC sending old cards.

I think I've got it fixed now and I've messaged everyone back who was waiting for a card and about 90% (there was... A LOT) of you have received your card after waiting either manually or through the system after it was fixed.

Again I apologize for the wait. This is WHY I automate as much as I can so I don't have to send 100 gift cards a day manually at lightning speed. 🤖

I'll always introduce fixes and updates to solve the issue before I go through messages (until full time CS comes!).

IF YOU ARE STILL WAITING AND HAVEN'T HEARD FROM MIKE, please message us "talk to human".

IMPORTANT:

Hey guys! I want to apologize for the delays in response time but understand I am entirely alone on this talking to literally hundreds of people at the same time.

The good news is I'll have full time CS in here VERY SOON!

IF YOU HAVE:

- Received an old card
- Not received a rebate that was sent

Later today I will review our conversation and ensure you are authrorized a rebate, and I will send it right to you manually!

Just type TALK TO HUMAN, say what you need once, and just wait and I assure you, you'll get your deal refunded as promised. Thanks all for the patience!

😎 Automated gift card delivery is fixed finally! Had some issues with the automation (I always fix the issue first so I can clear the queue faster than manually so it takes some time for response from me personally)

🌟 Working on getting part time customer service to get to you guys much faster with responses! Right now our average is 24 hours response time. I'm striving to get this down to MINUTES.
