It’s been a while, but I’ll be opening up in-person sessions again soon. These will be offered 2–3 times a month, and you’ll be able to sign up ahead of time.

While the connection in remote sessions is always just as strong and powerful, there’s something really beautiful about being able to share space together in person. The energy, the presence, the ability to sit, connect, and interact face-to-face adds another layer to the experience.

16 years of unconditional love, laughs and life. πŸ€πŸΆβ€¨
Yesterday, Yoshi, my son left us peacefully, on his own terms. I knew this day would be hard, but I could never have imagined just how hard it would be. Even when we understand that he’s in a better place now, no longer in pain, the loss is still overwhelming.
This isn’t just my grief, it’s our whole family’s. My girls lost their best friend and protector, and together we’re learning how to navigate life without him. It’s especially hard for them. I know grief doesn’t go away. You don’t β€œget over” it, but in time, it softens, and we learn how to carry it.

Thank you to my clients for your love, condolences, and understanding as I needed to reschedule. I truly appreciate your patience and support. I’ll be reaching out soon. 🀍

For those clients who have reached out to book, I want to share that I’ve cleared my schedule for now and will update you when the time feels right to return.
I don’t want to simply push through this moment. I understand how grief can place you in a space of emotional disconnection while your heart is processing pain and healing. It wouldn’t be fair to you if I showed up without being able to give my full presence, or if I unintentionally transferred that energy into our session.

I never thought I would ever get to visit Kuramadera Temple in Kyoto also where Reiki was born but we made it! The journey was exhausting but so worth it. At one point I couldn’t even feel my legs πŸ˜…. If you ever plan on visiting be prepared to WALK .sarinas kept motivating me to keep going. He knew how much this meant to me. Also, we didn’t come this far to not make it to the main Hall/Temple! My heart is overflowing with gratitude.

As a Reiki Master/Practitioner, being able to cross the ocean to honor the masters and ancestors who came before me is something I can barely put into words. Reiki has held me through some of my deepest healing and has guided me in helping others heal too. To find myself here…when this trip wasn’t even on our itinerary, when Japan wasn’t even a thought well at least not this soon feels surreal. It feels divinely orchestrated.
The Universe really does have a way of placing you exactly where your soul is meant to be, exactly when you’re ready to receive it. πŸ’«

✨ 6 Years of ātman healing βœ¨β€¨
This was the first-ever ātman logo I created back in 2016 on an app, with the dream of one day opening my own practice as a therapist πŸŒ€. But the Universe had a much bigger plan for me. This wasn’t just about a logo evolving…I evolved.

In 2019, I got a hard nudge from the Universe to open up and share my gifts. Gifts I didn’t fully understand yet, but trusted anyway. That’s when ātman healing was truly born/awaken.

On October 21, 2019, I offered donation-based readings for one week. I was nervous, scared, and vulnerable, but I followed the call.
That week, I connected with 22 beautiful souls, only 3 of whom I had known before. The rest were strangers from all over… and I will never forget my very first session with my soul sister, who is still deeply in my life to this day πŸ’«

Through these 6 years, I’ve walked through both challenge and triumph, and I am proud of who I’ve become in the process. I stayed true to my path, my medicine, and the guidance of my spirit guides and higher self.

Every offering has come from a place of love and light.
Every soul I’ve met is an honor.
Every lesson, a blessing.
I am so proud of ātman healing it’s more than a business. 🀍

I live each day with a heart full of gratitude, not because life is always easy, but because I choose to see the sacred in the simple, and the lessons in the challenges.
I honor my medicine…the gifts, wisdom, and truth that live in me even when the world doesn’t understand them.
I walk the path I came here to walk, even if it doesn’t look like the path others expect.
I am not here to fit in, I am here to remember who I am. ✨

Through this journey I have met and continue to meet healers from all walks of life —
Shamans, intuitive healers, sound healers, therapists…the list goes on.
My guides showed me the beauty of their medicine, how their wounds have become badges of courage, how they’ve turned pain into power, and how their commitment to healing keeps them aligned with frequencies that uplift the collective.
And in witnessing their light, I was also shown my own. ✨

How powerful my medicine truly is.
How easy it’s been to stay in the safety of my shell.
But that chapter is ending.
It’s time to expand.
To rise.
To share.
To trust in what I’ve been given and to offer it more boldly to the world.
We’re all just walking each other home, and I’m so honored to be in this work with so many soul-led beings.

Beautiful and powerful Full Moon πŸŒ• Reiki Circle tonight with and . Tonight we sent love, light, peace, healing & held hope in our hearts for the collective, for our 🌎, and those we love.

I always feel the full moon’s energy invites us to ground, reflect, release and reset. It’s a moment to reconnect with our bodies and our breath, to reflect on what truly matters, reflect on our choices, actions and boundaries and to approach it with grace. It allows us to listen deeper to our inner voice and intuition. Breathe…and release what no longer serves us and shed old patterns, habits and attachments.

Set intentions to reset and realign, making space and welcome new energies for the space you have cleared. ✨

This is the first circle where my husband and kids joined and it makes my heart so happy and full to experience this full moon circle and energy with them. 😌

This journey has been so much more than a training…it was a sacred activation awakening & ascension. This course didn’t just teach me tools for healing; it ignited the master frequency that was already within me ⚑️ a reminder that healing isn’t just a practice, it’s a way of being.

During the certification ceremony, I took time to reflect on my journey β€” not just as a healer, but as Annie…living this human experience. I thought about how much my life and soul has expanded since the day I chose to step into my light and own my gifts. I used to feel nervous and uncomfortable speaking about what I do. But dimming those parts of myself kept me out of alignment with who I truly am.
It’s a continuous journey, one with highs and lows and it’s far from over. I’m excited to keep growing, learning, and connecting.

| Sometimes life throws us a wildcard(s) and when we’re in the midst of it all, you get into fight or flight mode. Grounding has helped me so much and I believe is key to catching your breath, to finding awareness and seeing things a little more clearly.

These past couple of years has been filled with blessings and some wildcards for me & the fam. We learn, grew and gained strength from our experiences. I believe how we handle our challenges is what matters most. Learn to accept the things you can’t and can control and find what grounds you.

Some of the things and people that helps ground me:
β€’ Meditation.
β€’ Water 🌊.
β€’ Spending time with my husband and kids.
β€’ Spending time with my furbabies.
β€’ Weekly phone calls with my family.
β€’ Making and creating candles and products.
β€’ Crystals ✨
β€’ Cleaning πŸ§½πŸ˜†
β€’ Listening to music and watching Thai drama πŸ˜†
β€’ Sending funny memes to fam and friends! (Laughter is medicine)

The list goes on…but the point is there’s so many things in our lives that helps ground us. We 😌

Balance is key πŸ”‘ but it’s not always easy to find balance. Life is not meant to be perfect and we all have something we are going through and or working on. In this human experience we are meant to learn, to accept, surrender and let go of resistance and control.

Many of our suffering comes from our need to control and even if we know we have no control over a situation we tend to still resist…because we are human. We can practice awareness and acknowledge what is beyond our control. For me, awareness is not only practiced through meditation, but it’s really practiced in my daily life, my life experiences and challenges.

This human experience is about learning to navigate through life’s ups and downs with some grace and acceptance. Surrendering doesn’t mean giving up or being passive; rather, it involves trusting in the process of life, it starts with being present in the moment, and allowing things to unfold and continue to have faith 🀍✨
