Here we are, with full hearts and bittersweet emotion that we share we are officially closing our doors.
This decision has not come easily. It comes after months of reflection, prayer, and navigating challenges like financial hardships, delays in the downtown Redding revitalization, and the ever-growing weight of overhead expenses. But more than anything, it comes from choosing what’s best for our family and embracing a new season in our lives.
We began as a Shenanigans, a tiny dream with big love — and over time, that dream evolved into something even more meaningful. A venue filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. You made this place special. You trusted us with your milestones, your celebrations, and your memories. And we will never stop being grateful for that.
Thank you — truly — for being part of this special chapter. For showing up, for supporting us, and for allowing us to be a small part of your lives.
We don’t know exactly what the future looks like, but we’re choosing to believe that it’s okay not to have it all figured out. Sometimes, leaving isn’t giving up — it’s making space for something new.
