After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our storefront. Since November 2023, we have experienced numerous power outages and surges that have severely impacted our ability to operate effectively. Despite our best efforts, including the use of surge protectors, the frequent power disruptions have damaged several key machines that are essential to our business, including our printers, sublimation printer, heat presses, and other vital equipment.
These issues have unfortunately escalated beyond repair, and as a result, we can no longer continue to offer the quality service you expect and deserve at this time. Given these circumstances, we’ve had to seek alternative ways to provide these services.
However, we’re excited to share that our jewelry collection will still be available online at www.finchy1.com, where you can continue to shop with us. Additionally, our jewelry will soon be available in a boutique, with more details to be provided later.
