Coffee Updates Feb 2026!!
We’ve been a little quiet here, and maybe you’re wondering why? Well, simply put - change is in the air! Just by coincidence, we’re running out of a bunch of our coffees around the same time. We don’t have tasting notes on all our new offerings yet (some of them haven’t arrived yet or we’re still sampling!), but here’s our coffee update:
LOW STOCK ALERT
BURUNDI: We’re down to the last 10 lbs, so you can only order 12 oz or 1 lb sizes until this is depleted! We don’t have another Burundi lined up, but we are looking for one because this was a sleeper hit.
RWANDA: Just like Burundi, we’re down to about 10 lbs! Only 12 oz or 1 lb size available for ordering until we run out. We do have another great offering from Rwanda lined up to take over - a natural process from a woman-owned co-op and mill with lovely chocolate, raspberry, and winey notes to it!
COLOMBIA: We’ve cracked into our last sack of this mainstay, so we’ve got enough to last about another month max. We’re still sampling replacements, so expect an update once we have one locked in and on the way.
PERU: Unfortunately, we didn’t love the fresh samples from this co-op, so we’re shifting elsewhere for our next one. We’ve got enough to last through the end of the month probably, and we have a new Peru enroute as we speak - tasting notes to come as we get into our test roasts.
VIETNAM: We’re roughly one third the way through our Vietnamese Anaerobic Natural Arabica, so we’d advise grabbing/ordering it in the next week or two if you don’t want to miss out!
COMING UP: An Ethiopian Anaerobic to replace the Vietnam, and some micro-releases (20 lbs or less!), and maybe even a new bean from an origin we’ve never sourced from before??? Stay tuned!
