Great installation done by my hardwood crew. My customer had 700 square feet of hardwood installed on her main level and called a month later to do her stairs, rails and upper hallway. We removed original rails installed by builder and replaced everything with natural red oak. Total project cost 6,320.00 and two days to complete.
I love when customers give me feedback about their installation experience.

Not every job ends up with me being able to showcase my product and finished result. This customer signed a contract with Empire to have laminate installed before she contacted me. When they arrived to put her floors in it turned out that she needed to have her subfloor replaced and they couldn't do the work. After she contacted several contractors and flooring companies who turned her away and being stuck with her home torn apart, she found me on thumbtack, a contractor connection app and hired me to replace the subfloor. Turn around time was two days from the time she contacted me to the time the work was done. New subfloor installed and ready for another company to do the work.
Here are a few before and afters of a large laminate job. Total was about 1,200 square feet. The product selected by the customer was a great buy at just $6.30 per square foot installed plus demolition and trim. They ended up choosing laminate over hardwood so they could get the dark hand-scraped look they wanted. The laminate will also be more durable and scratch resistant all for less than the hardwood strips they had before.
Kitchen backsplash done up just in time for the holidays. Total project cost 900 bucks.
Finished basement flooring.. LVT planks glued to concrete, works out to be cheaper than most carpets, installed from 2.90 per square foot.
Out with the old carpet and in with the new! Installing luxury vinyl planks in the basement of this home. Great product I keep in stock, commercial quality and very realistic look on installed for under 3.75 per square foot!
Complete house makeover to get ready for sale. Project includes all new paint, removing a wall and paneling, exterior work to house and fence, new carpet and tile, kitchen backsplash, laminate floors on the upper level along with porcelain looking luxury vinyl tiles in the kitchen and matching luxury vinyl planks in the basement. Using good value products to get a nicer look at an inexpensive price helped this homeowner add 30,000 to her listing price with an investment of 18,000. Her house shows beautifully and will definitely sell quick!
