We thought it would be fun to start a new series where I ask Dad questions about turquoise, jewelry making, and our family’s history.

I started with a simple one: “What’s your favorite turquoise?”

His answer wasn’t just about the stones. Blue Gem reminds him of his mom, and Number 8 reminds him of his brother, my Uncle Clive.

That’s what I love most about this business. Every piece has a story, and we’re excited to start sharing more of them with you.

Photos like these remind us why we love what we do.

My sweet niece wearing one of Dad’s handcrafted four-stone cross necklaces, beautifully captured by my sister-in-law. Watching pieces made at Dad’s bench become part of family memories is something we’ll never take for granted.
