Candy Cap Mushroom bonbon!! Delicious! We get our Candy Cap Mushrooms from at the Santa Rosa Farmer's Market. We only have this flavor during the holiday season until it's sold out!

From the web: Candy cap mushrooms taste and smell intensely like maple syrup, often with notes of butterscotch, caramel, or brown sugar, especially when dried or cooked, making them unique for desserts, though they have a subtly sweet, earthy mushroom base. The strong maple aroma only develops fully upon drying or heating, not when raw, and they're used more as a flavor extract than a vegetable.
