Picked up the new Flashforge Creator 5 Pro. Got it set up and did the test Benchy. Here's a few things about the new printer.

The filament changes are amazingly fast. Check the filament slicing of both printers. About a six hour difference. WOW!

Next, Flashforge gives you four filament samples to test with. Unfortunately it's not enough for the included Benchy file. Also, there's a firmware update needed which makes this onboard file unusable. You have to go download the file so you can reslice it. Not a huge deal, but c'mon Flashforge, you can do better.

Then there's the no wasted filament aspect. This is a game changer. No more having to load up the print bed with copies just to keep the overall cost down. Now if you want to run one model the cost per unit is the same.

So this is done to reduce costs so I can pass those savings on to you. I've got a lot of models that I haven't done yet hoping to get a more efficient machine. That time is here. I'll keep posting pics. Just message me if you're interested in anything.
