This rooftop unit was leaking water into the building due to a poorly installed condensate drain that was v***r locking.

🚨 Emergency Commercial Service Call 🚨

At 7:30 PM, we received a call from a local business after the main breaker tripped three times. We had a technician on site within an hour.

When we opened the panel, smoke was coming from the main breaker and the panel was actively melting. Our crew stayed until 1:30 AM replacing the panel and safely restoring power so the business could get back up and running.

A huge shoutout to our team for answering the call after hours and putting our customer's safety first! đź‘Ź

⚠️ If your main breaker trips repeatedly, don't keep resetting it. That's a warning sign. Call a licensed electrician immediately.
