⚠️ An Important Message About the Red Bilita Flower Cart ⚠️
Over the past few weeks, I have experienced multiple thefts from my self-serve flower cart. In some instances, bouquets were taken without any payment. In others, only part of the purchase price was left.
Because of these ongoing losses, the flower cart and surrounding area are now monitored by security cameras.
Today, my cameras recorded an individual appearing to make a Venmo payment at the cart, but no corresponding payment was received. The video has been saved.
If you recently took flowers and mistakenly left the wrong amount or had trouble completing a Venmo payment, please contact me or send the missing payment promptly so the situation can be corrected.
Going forward, all incidents will be documented, and surveillance footage will be turned over to the proper authorities. If necessary, I may also share clear images from the footage to ask for the community’s help identifying the individuals involved.
My flower cart operates on trust and the honor system. Every bouquet represents flowers I have grown, harvested and arranged by hand. Theft affects not only my small business, but also whether I can continue offering a convenient self-serve cart to our community.
Please help me protect the flower cart. If you see suspicious activity or notice someone leaving with flowers without paying, please let me know privately.
