INSANITY DEFINED
Insanity:
Doing the Same Unproductive, Evil, Vile, Mediocre, Inhumane, and Insidious Things, Over and Over and Over Again (to An Obvious Fault) And Yet Still Expecting to See Positive Results.
INSANITY BECOMES REALITY
Anybody who has heard sounds of gunfire before is already terrified by the loud noises, not to mention, if bullets were to strike a family member, e.g., your daughter or son, or perhaps, your neighbor’s children, husband or wife.
Gun violence is a marketable enterprise, and outstandingly, it generates massive returns on investments for parties who can front the bill. Directly or indirectly, every sane and insane person in America has been psychologically affected by gun violence. On a moral standard, however, America has clearly lost her conscience, sold her soul to big corporations, and cunning politicians, respectively. To this effect, nobody can fully be trusted because the echelon of societal power construct and primary governance is treacherous, corrupt, egotistical, conniving, unapologetic, malfeasant, narcissistic, and untrustworthy.
Global arms sales are unbelievably massive, profitable, and not an easy subject to debate and comprehend fully, unless interested persons are willing to delve deeper into global arms trade businesses, for research purposes.
Those who are knowledgeable however, have often reiterated this slogan, “Follow the money,” to alert the public. But such stark rhetoric appears to have fallen on deaf ears, cold hearts, and clogged minds. The influx of weaponry and the massive casualties that assault weapons in general, have created are not something to ridicule and discard. Of course, any person intelligent enough can see why weapons have been a lucrative business since mankind began warring with one another. Warlords and Merchants of Death just don’t pop out of the woodworks to supply weapons of mass destruction to nations, terrorist groups, gangs, and revolutionary fighters. Whence there is demand, the means to supply the demand automatically creates a feasible market system for consumers and producers of a kind.
Consequently, what many people fail to realize is that the global arms trade is an interwoven and vicious financial market system, whereby weapons manufacturing companies develop, advertise, compete, and supply their latest killer gadgets and killer machines to global customers (nations’ governments, drug cartels, civilians, gangs, etc.) who are seeking to increase their ammunition stockpiles — just in case they are forced to defend their borders from brisk and/or outlandish attacks. In some political situations, they may relinquish a full-fledge assault on civilians just because they have the equipment and military juntas to keep disgruntled citizens in check.
It’s in fact true: we don’t live in a safe and secured world after all. We live in an uncertain and dangerous world.
As you read further, you’ll see that the dangers are not hoaxes, rather heinous realities that poses threats of great magnitude to everybody affected. You ignore the warning signs at your own peril.
I am sane and have enough common sense to know that even if everybody were given a license to carry a handgun, for instance, our republic still won’t be at peace, and far from being safe to live in.
