This just happened tonight

Does anyone recognize this kitten or know who it belonged to? Older model white GMC pickup with rust on it with a male driving tossed this kitten out of his truck window in the 3400 block of Conewango Ave. This baby was sealed in a plastic bag. Unfortunately unless someone has cameras in that area that is the only information to go on. Anyone with any leads please send us a message or call PSP in Warren. If you are abusing animals in Warren County we will find you! Thank you to the wonderful Pennsylvania State Troopers who have taken care of this baby!
