It’s live! It’s out! The Sunburst Pillow pattern is available on Etsy and Ravelry. Links to both are in my bio.

You are going to love this pillow! Your family members are going to fight over whose pillow it is! No lie - It’s an amazing pillow!

The pattern works up quickly in 2 panels which are combined at the end with an 18 inch round pillow inside. The front panel features a design using a front post stitch to create rays that are bursting away from the pillow’s center. The back panel is flat. However, if you wanted the design on both sides of the pillow, you are more than welcome to do so!

My testers are almost done with their pillows and are starting to provide some feedback for the pattern! We are getting so close to it being released and I’m so excited!! Who else is excited?!

So the question now is when to release this bad boy to you all? What day of the week do you prefer?

The pattern for this pillow is almost done and I am in need of a couple pattern testers for this baby!!

Requirements for the test include:
- 18” round pillow form/insert (available on Amazon)
- Comfortable with Front Post stitches
- Has previously tested crochet patterns before (for anyone)
- Deadline for the test will be determined based on when the pillow form is in hand

This is the first of two patterns I will be releasing very soon. It’s called the Sunburst Pillow and features the lovely spokes I used in the Sunburst Coaster pattern. The front face of the pillow features ridges that burst like sun rays from its center.

This pillow is so much fun to make and I’m currently writing up the pattern now. I can’t wait for it to be released!

I have been super busy behind the scenes lately working on quite a few things. I am so excited to present to you one of the things I’ve been working on: the rebranding of PGM Crafts! 🎉🎉

I have taken some time this past month to work on a new logo and other accompanying graphics. I really hope you like it! I feel like the logo and color palette suits PGM Crafts better and I hope to make my feed more cohesive with my future vision for this business.

While the Sunburst Coaster pattern is rated as intermediate, an advanced beginner could easily pick up the pattern and make these coasters because of the photographic aids. The photos feature the techniques used to create the coasters. They are clear and taken close-up so you can easily see the details.

If you don’t need photographic aids, there is also a 1 page quick print, so all you would need to do is print that 1 page and get started.

With the inner portion of the coaster measuring 3 inches in diameter, the Sunburst Coaster can fit normal-sized mugs, thermos, and drinking glasses.

But its uses don’t stop there! You can use the Sunburst Coaster decoratively to place your candles upon or a small bowl with trinkets or jewelry. The possibilities are endless!

The coaster features:
🔆 A completely flat back
🔆 Sun spokes/rays extending slightly out from the coaster
🔆 A bursting ridge to keep your drink container in place

This is an intermediate pattern as some techniques used to create the coaster are not commonly seen.

The finished pattern figures photographic aids of the techniques used as well as a 1 page quick print for those that do not need visual aids.
