Thank you, everyone!
Tonight’s Avengers Academy event drew far more players than anticipated and we have completely run out of event materials.
As a result, Saturday’s Avengers Academy session has been canceled.
We’re disappointed to cancel but thrilled by the incredible turnout and support from the community. Thank you for helping make the event such a success and keep an eye out for future Magic beginner events at JD’s Hobby Shop.

The Marvel Super Heroes arrive at JD’s Hobby Shop next weekend!
Join us for Magic: The Gathering’s Marvel Super Heroes Prerelease events and be among the first players to experience this massive crossover set before the official release.
Whether you’re a longtime Magic player, a Marvel fan looking to jump into the game, or someone who discovered Magic through Avengers Academy, Prerelease is one of the most exciting events of the season.

Avengers Academy at JD’s Hobby Shop is the perfect opportunity to get ready for Magic’s newest set: Marvel Super Heroes.

This special event pairs experienced players with beginners for casual team games using brand-new Marvel Super Heroes Welcome Decks. If you already know someone who plays, bring them along and team up. If not, don’t worry—there will be plenty of experienced players ready to help you learn and join the action.

The mists of Ravenloft gather over JD’s Hobby Shop as Dungeons & Dragons returns this Sunday with the Season of Horror Celebration.

Whether you’re a veteran adventurer or completely new to D&D, this special Ravenloft-themed event is a great opportunity to experience tabletop roleplaying, meet fellow players, and help grow our gaming community.

This quick adventure serves as an introduction and prologue to D&D Encounters Season of Horror, a multi-session adventure series running throughout the summer at JD’s Hobby Shop.
