Friendly reminder when you're voting that none of it matters bc you have no say in the end. If you want to make a difference in your state pay attention to your representatives. Your mayor. Your governor. Your city council and what they're doing. Show up to a meeting.
Also a quick reminder that I'm still an "illegal" alien at the age of 29 (the USA hasnt issued a deportation notice yet idk why) DESPITE having custody of 5 kids for 5 years and still the guardian of 1. And yet none of the presidents we've had (despite all the threats) has done anything about it. Good or bad. Not even Trump. Not Obama. No one. THE PRESIDENT IS A FIGURE HEAD.
Please save me the trouble and delete me before posting ignorantly on your page. I'll be limiting my Facebook doom scrolling as well unfortunately bc I am so sick of hearing about which side is better bc it's a trick fu***ng question.

Yall please get out there and vote. I don't like Biden anymore than the next person, same beast two heads, but BUT
If you love me, or I've ever helped you out, please go out and vote.
This bill would change my life. Literally.

The program would offer work permits and deportation protections to unauthorized immigrants married to U.S. citizens, as long as they have lived in the U.S. for at least 10 years, sources said.
