All orders require full payment up front. All paid orders come with a Design Proof & 2 changes.
*Stand Alone Design Proof- prior to ordering

Non-refundable.
-Sent 48 business hours after payment is received.
-Includes 2 changes, & $5/ea additional change.
*Rush Fee- Less than standard lead time given, but not less than 48 business hours (if conditions can be met).
*Expedite Fee- 24-48 business hour turnaround time (if conditions can be met).
*Quotes- are given with price, expiration date, & approximate lead time it takes for order completion from the date your quote is sent. Please review your quote for any errors. Once your quote is approved, we will not be held liable for any errors found after processing. We can make the correction and continue on with the order; however, you will be responsible for replacing all costs associated with said error of items already processed. If the error is caught after the proof has been approved but before processing begins and you have used up your 2 free changes, you must pay the additional change fee. If you delay processing your order, this will limit your processing time from the date you need your order to complete, which may result in additional Rush Fees.
*Expiration Dates- All hard copy quotes have expiration dates. If you do not receive a hard copy quote, you are inquiring ONLY. If your quote expires, it needs to be requoted and is subject to any price changes that may have incurred during requote. Expired quotes auto delete on the 31st business day from our system.
*Processing Times- The approximate time your order will take to process & complete once the Design Proof is approved. Please note, this does not include Shipping Time. Processing Time is based solely on business days. Any submission after 3pm EST is considered the next business day & will process in the order received.
*Shipping Times- we will not be held liable for any packages once they are picked up locally or by a 3rd Party Carrier (USPS, FED EX, UPS, etc). We are not liable or responsible for making or resending orders. We can help assist you with filing a claim with the 3rd Party Carrier. If it is found the package is irretrievable, we will do our best to assist you at replacing the order if applicable, at full cost to you.
*Refund/Cancellation Policy- You are allowed to cancel your order & receive FULL Payment less the $20 Non-refundable Design Proof Fee at the Design Proof stage. Once Design Proof is approved, you will not be able to cancel and no monies will be issued back to you. We may issue credit, less the cost of product purchased or processes completed for said order at our discretion to be applied to your next order. If order has been fully processed at the time of cancellation, NO monies or credit will be issued, and order MUST be picked up and or will ship as agreed. ALL ORDERS are non refundable in the form of any monies being issued back to you (unless stated above), non-returnable, and non-transferable. If we created an inconsistency or error, we will do our best to correct immediately or issue a credit to your account that must be used 90 days from the date issued, pertaining to the same quantity, colors, and or sizes of original order credit is being issued. No drastic changes will be honored.
*Acts of God- Any acts of God including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, extreme emergencies, family death, sickness where quarantine is needed, power outages, etc. WILL NOT constitute in a refund, credit, or rush on our end if your order is ALREADY in the processing stage; however, we will refund FULL payment less the e$20 Non-refundable Design Proof Fee if NO processes have started on your order. We cannot control Acts of God and will do our best to complete your order once any or all manners have subsided.
*WE DO NOT PROCESS SAME DAY ORDERS.
*Prices are subject to change without notice. PROCESSES-
*Dye Sublimation- this is a permanent ink infused process applied to a substrate (hard of soft) with a source of heat, which could cause imperfections on shirts like white fold lines (armpits, neckline, sleeves, seams, blue lint spots, white heat spots, dye migration/color seeping). As we at CKD Creations strive hard to create a perfect item every time, these things are not preventable with Dye Sublimation process.
*Transfers- DTF/DTG/Eco solvent/Screen Print/Vinyl
These permanent processes provide a transfer being applied to a substrate (hard or soft) material with pressure from source of heat.
*Paper Crafts-Ink/Laser Jet printed, requires cutter, scissors, or other attachment or heat processes to complete.
*Washing Instructions- please follow all washing instructions to insure the longevity of your items. Not following the instructions given, could lessen the quality & life or damage your items.
*Please contact us within 24 business hours of receiving your order for any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies associated with your order. You will be required to type "YES" before moving forward with an order that you have read & agree to the Terms & Agreement stated. If you do not read the Terms & Agreement, by typing "YES" and placing an order with CKD Creations, you are legally bound to these Terms and Agreement.
