80 degrees one week and 6 inches of snow the next. The weather seems pretty confused. Looking forward to warmer temperatures and the ability to train outside. Being cooped up all winter has the Gelrilla crew antsy for 2013!

Mark Ryan's 2012 season continues to get better as he placed 3rd in the Buffalo Springs 70.3. Doing so qualified him for the 70.3 World Championships in Las Vegas this September. Congrats to Mark in qualifying for both the 70.3 World Championship and Kona World Championship!

Mark Ryan showing us how versatile an athlete he really is. A few weeks after qualifying for Kona, Mark won the amateur division of the Teva Mountain Games Ultimate Mountain Challenge. The race consisted of kayaking, mountain biking, trail running, and a road time trail. Way to rep Gelrilla Mark!

The Gelrilla Team is headed out to Sierra Vista, Arizona for 15 days tomorrow for some much needed training. New scenery and a change of pace is always good for better rides.
