and provide branded packaging, personalized notes, address coordination, and nationwide shipping. We serve companies across the United States, with local delivery available in the Madison and Verona area.

The delivery truck had other plans. We did not.

During North Shore Bank’s 100th anniversary year, they trusted JNJ Gifts and More to create holiday appreciation gifts for their clients.

The boxes were finished, packed and ready. Then the delivery company called at the last minute to say its truck had a problem. The gifts would arrive the following day.

That did not work for the client’s schedule.

My husband and I rented a U-Haul, loaded the boxes ourselves and delivered everything directly to North Shore Bank.

Was that how we planned to spend the day? No.

Did the gifts arrive when our client needed them? Yes.

Each box included a Wisconsin-themed leather coaster, cocktail glass, maple-roasted pecans and hot toddy syrup, along with a custom message recognizing North Shore Bank’s 100 years.

Beautiful gifts matter. So does having a gifting partner who takes responsibility when the plan changes.

The answer depends on the relationship you want the gift to support.

For the person trying to finish year-end reports, meet December deadlines and still make time for the holidays, a few quiet minutes may be more welcome.

This Wisconsin-made wellness box includes a Fraser fir candle, eucalyptus soap and an aromatherapy shower spray. The candle brings the scent of winter indoors. The soap and shower spray create a simple morning or evening ritual that can be used long after the holiday week is over.

I thought I was losing my store. I did not realize God was showing me what came next.

We were preparing to vacate our retail space when this order arrived.

It became our first large custom corporate gifting project. The floor filled with wooden boxes, packing material, products, Wisconsin-shaped lids, navy ribbons and personal messages.

At the time, I was focused on completing the order. I did not realize that the work covering the floor would become the future of JNJ Gifts and More.

This project showed me that our business could become more than a retail gift shop. We could help companies take one idea and turn it into a complete gifting experience for employees, clients and business partners.

The transition was not something I had planned. But looking back, I can see God’s plan clearly.

What felt like an ending was the beginning of the business we have today.

Now, we design and coordinate corporate gifting projects across the country, including product sourcing, custom packaging, gift notes, address collection and nationwide delivery.

A thank-you that begins with something growing.

A seed-growing kit gives this holiday gift a life beyond the day it arrives. The hand-poured soy candle and salted caramel hot chocolate add a quiet winter evening, while the plant becomes something the recipient can continue to care for into the new year.

I designed this box for employees, clients and referral partners when the message is appreciation, growth or a new chapter.

You can begin with three things:

Your approximate quantity.
Your budget per recipient.
The date you want the gifts delivered.

From there, we can help you select a pre-curated gift, modify one of our holiday boxes or develop a completely custom concept.

The recipient list can follow later. We can also collect addresses, prepare individual gift notes, coordinate nationwide shipping and schedule delivery closer to the holidays.

In other words, you do not need every answer before starting. You simply need enough information to reserve products, packaging and production time.

A virtual holiday party should come with more than a meeting link and a reminder to unmute yourself.

For this project, the company wanted remote employees across the U.S. to open something that felt unmistakably like their team.

The client supplied the playful artwork. We partnered with a local maker to turn it into custom coasters, then built a Holiday Recharge Gift Box with herbal tea, fruitcake crisps, chocolate and candied pecans.

Because “Happy holidays, everyone!” sounds better when you are holding chocolate.

We coordinated the custom products, packaging and delivery, so the client could focus on the celebration instead of tracking boxes.

Thanksgiving is a season of gratitude, but it is also an important season for the small makers whose products become part of the gifts exchanged around the table.

We use Fortune Favors pecans throughout the year, but they appear in many of our fall and holiday boxes. They are easy to share, beautifully packaged, and familiar enough for a group gift while still feeling special.

Fortune Favors is a Madison-based company founded in 2018 by chef Eric Rupert. Its candied pecans are made in small batches here in Wisconsin.

When a company chooses a JNJ holiday gift, that order can travel through several small businesses before reaching the recipient. One gift thanks the person receiving it while creating meaningful business for the makers behind it.
