I wanted to post this for those who have not seen it or have forgotten about it.

On August 9, 2021 the Hawaii Administrative Rule - Title 11 - Department Of health - Chapter 37 was released and took effect.

It is a 59 page documents outlining in detail the cbd rules in Hawaii. I’m not sure if most other companies have not read it or just don’t care because many companies are still selling cbd infused food, beverages, candy among other things and those are technically illegal…
Don’t get me wrong I support the hustle but I just want everyone who hasn’t seen this to have the change.

The honest truth is the other companies are price gouging. CBD prices have drastically gone down over the last two years and many companies have not brought their prices down to match. Even though our raw materials becomes more affordable year after year.
