Losing over 150 pounds and turning it into a championship, meet this month’s TRIAD Athlete of the Month, Britt Nicole!
Britt has been a longtime supporter of TRIAD, and her journey is nothing short of incredible. Through years of hard work, consistency, and determination, she completely transformed her life, culminating in a 1st place finish at the 2025 Summer Shredding Classic in the Women’s Transformation 150+ lbs division. It’s a well-deserved accomplishment that reflects just how much effort she’s put into becoming the best version of herself. When she’s not crushing workouts, you’ll probably find Britt with some Bucked Up or 3D Energy drink in hand, and bringing the energy with the Sweat N Social crew. Whether she’s encouraging others, chasing new goals, or simply showing up every day with a positive attitude, Britt embodies everything the TRIAD community is about.
