About two years ago we started burning pizzas. Some, worse than other. We didn’t know what we were doing then, and for the most part… we know even less now.

What we do know is that Humboldt county has an amazing group of local farmers that produce insane ingredients. We make the dough, but the farmers make our pizzas.

A special thanks to Nana and Bupa for allowing us to ruin your kitchen during the early days, and to for his bread making wizardry. Thank you to everyone who has supported us whether it was eating our pie, or picking up the phone to sell us flour. If you guys ever see us sweatin out there, feel free to buy us a drink. We can’t afford them on a pizziaolo salary.
