I got the opportunity to go out and test fire these pieces of history today…….there’s just something about that clip flying out on the last round and the sound that it makes that makes me smile. While at the same time it’s also very humbling knowing that our service members carried these in battle, hearing the exact same sounds while serving our country and for many…making the ultimate sacrifice for us. Just finished up threading the barrel on this M1A w/EBR chassis to get the HUX aligned properly. This thing is sick!

It’s near impossible to get a perfect bore alignment with the original slip fit/castle nut muzzle device system, I’ve found that it’s better to shorten the barrel a bit and thread it directly.

Don’t trust your firearm to just any shop that makes claims to be able to perform work on your firearm, ask questions and get a feel for their knowledge and ask to see their shop. If they don’t have proper machining equipment turn around and walk out the door.

In this case the previous shop sent this rifle out with a mis-alignment that would have resulted in a baffle strike and they knew that it was mis-aligned after the customer check it himself and showed them.

We are the shop that other shops send work to that they are incapable of doing on their own. Save yourself time, money and the headache of disappointment by coming directly to us.
