will be discussed before I accept order. With paintings and cups I cannot gurantee specific results the paints do move and shift which is what makes each one different. I can do the exact same technique on multiple paints and still get totally different results. Rat Racks or Snake racks or cages are all payments in advance I will go over the design options and cost before agreeing on something, once payment is made I will build to order, Larger items (racks and cages) will be held 30 days from completion, you will be notified when completed depending on the item being built depends on how long it takes I will discuss that with you before payment is made. If after 30 days it is not picked up (or if it is to big for me to deliver) the item will be my property and you will not be refunded any money. I understand things happen if a emergency comes up then please talk to me about it but dont wait until last second to pick up something. If the item will fit in my truck I can deliver for a fee.
