What’s colder than being cold? Ice cold baby🧊 The ESCx is tough as nails and will last you for many years to come.

The only damage that resulted from freezing our power supply in solid ice, was the OLED screen was cracking from the pressure of the ice. This is just a teaser of some of the tests we have planned for our tour durability testing video we are putting together. Stay tuned for more power supply abuse!

TATTCOM is seeking a Soldering Technician to join our team as we build the world’s most advanced tattoo equipment. Every day, you will work hands-on with our products. You will use work instructions, drawings and various tools to ensure our products are produced on schedule and with world-class quality.

Experience assembling, repairing, reworking and/or testing electromechanical assemblies is preferred but not required. On the job training will be provided and no previous experience is needed.

You will need to possess great communication skills with a team-first mentality and be willing to take on an ever changing list of tasks and responsibilities.
TATTCOM is a world leader in tattoo equipment, tackling some of the toughest industry challenges.

Day to day activities:
Following work instructions and other assembly aids, assemble and test assemblies and/or sub assemblies and finished assemblies for defects per instructions
Understand production requirements to ensure delivery expectations are met and bring to light production issues as soon as they arise
Follow quality, health and safety requirements to ensure only approved processes, tools, parts and materials are used in production and bring to light quality concerns as soon as they arise
Ensure proper handling and disposition of inventory items during the assembly process
Execute ERP-generated work orders as required
Maintain a clean, well organized work space in line with 5S standards
Provide input to Operations and Manufacturing Engineering on opportunities for improvement in the production process

Desired skills:
Previous experience following technical instructions interpreting engineering drawings
Experience assembling, repairing, reworking, and/or testing electromechanical assemblies
Knowledge of basic Lean manufacturing concepts
Experience with working on computers and using computer programs to aid assembly
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted
