Hmong Mall Update

We’ve made great progress this week! The framing for the drop ceilings has been installed in each food court and boba shop space. A significant amount of cosmetic work has also been completed, with more still underway.

We currently have a few spaces available: two food court spots and one boba/coffee shop. Unfortunately, some vendors were unable to wait and chose to give up their spaces. We completely understand, as this process has been quite an experience.

Moving forward, we’re doing things a little differently with the application process. We will be posting a link below for anyone who is interested and encouraged everyone to apply. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can better understand your concept, plans, and menu offerings. Please email applications to Shaylee at [email protected].

From there, we will review all applications and select candidates to move forward in the process. At this time, our current vendors are already working with the Tulsa Health Department to submit their plans and layouts.

We’re excited to share a quick update on Hmong Mall!
The process may be moving slowly, but everything is coming together beautifully. All of the exhaust hoods are now installed, and that’s a huge milestone for us. We’re excited to share that construction at the Hmong Mall is moving along well. The commercial kitchen exhaust hoods have been installed, and the restroom areas are coming together nicely. Only two more exhaust hoods remain to be hung, which will be completed soon.
We sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience and continued support as we make steady progress toward opening. Thank you for being part of this journey with us!

Update: While today has been chaotic at Hmong Mall, it's worth noting that we've made more progress than in the past couple of years. The vent hoods have arrived and are scheduled for installation within the next week or so. We're still awaiting the permit to construct the section walls. Although progress has been slow, we're moving forward according to plan. As our followers are aware, we've encountered several setbacks, but we're overcoming them one by one. From this point forward, the outlook appears promising.

Exciting progress is happening! HVAC systems are scheduled to be installed while electrical work is currently underway. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we move through each phase of construction.

Hmong Mall Update:
Thank you all so much for your patience and continued support! We just wanted to give everyone a quick update on the progress at Hmong Mall.
Everything is finally falling into place, and we’re moving forward one step at a time. Right now, the electrical systems are being installed. Once that’s completed, we’ll be moving on to the next phase of the project.
We’re excited for what’s coming and can’t wait to welcome you all soon. Stay tuned for more updates!

Exciting Progress Update!
We’re happy to share that work on the exhaust hood and electrical systems will begin in the next few weeks! Following that, we’ll move into HVAC installation, and then full construction will begin. Each step brings us closer to opening and welcoming our amazing vendors and shoppers.
