I did something I’ve never done before.

I committed to 20 weekends of the outdoor from May-October 😮‍💨

I’ve never been a production potter before and I don’t see myself being very successful at it (my body starts to ache after 4 hours on the wheel) so it’ll be an experiment all summer of keeping up with inventory

my designs will be KISS -keeping it simple w sweetness. I’m pulling back from the intricate designs, painting, and sculpture that I obsess over which takes all my time and energy (for a moment), and am focusing on form and color.

My least favorite part of markets is hauling everything so I’ve set myself up to be supported with an extra set of hands and keeping it walking distance from my studio (with big ass carts).

My favorite part of markets is making connections with each and every one of you, letting you see/pick up the work in person (yay 3D art!) and chatting ceramics.

This market season will be a great experiment, I’m excited to enjoy the journey of it, (not burnout!!) and see you there starting this Saturday!!✨
