It's Waldo time again!!

I'm looking for businesses in Townsend who would be interested in hosting a Waldo for the month of July??

We hope you’ll want to join in the campaign, which drives customers to stores and reminds them of the importance of a vibrant local business community.

Commitment:
If you’d like to be one of the places where Waldo is hanging out this July, you’ll receive
• A six-inch Where’s Waldo? standee to hide in your store (atop the cash register, peeking out on a shelf—anywhere you’d like!)
• A Finda Waldo Local window cling, which will let Waldo watchers know you are participating.
• When someone comes in with a stamp card, you sign or stamp for anyone who spots Waldo in your business.

Throughout the month, there will be prizes awarded to the players, and on August 6th at 4 pm, there will be a big Waldo shindig at our store. We hope our participating business partners will be able to donate a gift card or merchandise for prizing. Please let me know if you have any questions about or would like to participate in Find Waldo Local!

The Townsend Cat Network has a mission, and we're calling it Pink for Paws.

Right now we have kittens and mama cats who need spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations. We need to raise $1,000 to make that happen — and we're sweetening the deal.

When we hit $1,000, Suzie Conroy is dyeing her hair pink and purple.

She agreed to this in front of witnesses. There is no fine print. There is no exit.

Every dollar you give goes directly to vet care for these cats. No overhead, no mystery — just healthy, vaccinated, fixed cats who won't be adding to Townsend's stray population, and one very colorful founder.
