UPDATE MASTERPIECE COLLECTION

We are excited to announce that the entire Masterpiece Collection has arrived at our distribution center!

What happens next:
Our team is currently conducting a thorough inspection of every item to ensure the highest quality. This process will continue through Tuesday (please note the warehouse is closed over the weekend).

Once the inspection is complete, orders will begin shipping immediately. Our distribution team is excellent at high-volume fulfillment, so we expect most orders to head out at the same time.
Tracking your order:

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an automated email confirmation including your tracking information.

A note on outstanding invoices:
We still have several open invoices. To ensure your delivery isn't delayed, I will be sending direct emails today from [email protected] to those with remaining balances. If you can settle your invoice today, your order will be cleared to ship next week!

International Deliveries:
You may have seen a few collectors sharing photos of their new arrivals already. These are international orders that were shipped directly from the factory to their respective countries.

A Quick Note on Your Order Status
If you have already paid but notice your order is not yet marked as "Paid" on our website, please don't worry!

Before we send orders to the warehouse, we conduct a small "test batch" to ensure our system's SKUs sync perfectly with theirs. This extra step prevents any technical errors or shipping mistakes. We expect to receive confirmation that everything is working correctly later today.

Once verified, we will update all statuses to "Paid" and transmit the orders to the warehouse for fulfillment. Thank you for your patience while we ensure every detail is perfect for your delivery!
