For over two years, I didn't recognize myself.
Then one morning, I woke up without that heavy, exhausted dread.
I walked into my office. Sat down. Started working on a project — and actually *finished* it without brain fog stopping me halfway through.
That's when it hit me.
I had my health back.
Not perfect. Not "cured."
But *me* again.
The woman who could think clearly. Who had energy that lasted all day. Who didn't wake up soaked in night sweats or terrified of palpitations.
I cried that day — not from pain, but from relief.
Because I'd forgotten what it felt like to be *alive* instead of just surviving.
If you're in that survival mode right now — exhausted, foggy, feeling alone in your struggle — please know: there's a way back.
Comment "CLARITY" and I'll share what gave me my life back.
