I’m asking $1700 for this beauty!
MSRP was around $2500-2700 for a new one on the showroom floor. Mine has a few upgrades to the original model too.

I just finished building this awesome hardtail. It’s a 2024 (GEN3) LARGE Trek Roscoe 9. It’s the highest model Roscoe they make and a badass paint scheme. Most of the components are new or barely used.

It features a custom tuned 160mm Fox 36 performance fork with SKF seals. The fork has been custom tuned internally and rides much better than a normal Fox performance.

The wheels are Bontrager Line Comp30 with RapidDrive 108 hub. 108 points of engagement (3.3°). These are bomb proof wheels made for very aggressive riding styles. Tires are Bontrager XR4 Team Issue 29x2.6. Tires are setup TUBELESS with fresh Orange Seal endurance sealant.

The Cranks are e*thirteen components helix 170mm with a 30t chainring. The drivetrain is Shimano Bike 12spd (10-51) SLX/XT. Brakes are Shimano Deore 4piston with 203/203 rotors.

PNW Components cockpit with 40mm Range stem, Range 38mm rise bars, loam grips, loam (gen2) dropper, and used nukeproof pedals. I have not cut the bars, but I can cut to buyers preference. I have some NEW clip-less CrankBros mallet pedals if you so desire, as well.

This weekend, with the help of Daniel Otoole, I updated and gave my entire front suspension a refresh! After 215,000 miles, it was time to swap out the old with the new. Nearly every boot or gasket was torn and had too much play. The ride felt loose and clunky.

We swapped out the upper and lower control arms, CV Axles, sway bar links, energy suspension sway bar bushings, tie rods and boots, and fresh differential fluid. I’m taking the truck for an alignment this week.

Coming up next is to replace the rack and pinion bushings and body bushings throughout the truck (8 total).

Local, Big Bike Shops Are In Trouble! The $750 Ozark Trail M.2 Ridge PRO has arrived!!

WALMART has destroyed the entry level MTB industry with these bikes and at the same time proven how overpriced entry level trail bikes are right now! As of January 2026, you can now get an amazing starter trail bike with the Ozark Trail M.2 Ridge Pro.

For $750 (delivered to your door) you can get a modern, lightweight, aluminum trail bike with 67°, tapered, headtube and a SR Suntour XCM32 Air fork. You get internal routed dropper post, 9spd Shimano Cues/Linkglide drivetrain, Tektro hydraulic brakes with 180mm rotors, and tubeless capable wheels (not tires).

This bike has boost thru axles front and rear and generic Maxxis wire bead MTB tires. This is a SOLID beginner trail bike for $750!!!

I just helped a customer get into 2 of these bikes, for him and his son. We found a “like new” one on marketplace for $450 and he ordered a new one, shipped to me for $750. I just built it, and made them both tubeless.

You want to buy a trail bike with these components from a big name like Giant, Specialized, or Trek with these components, geometry, and quality..…. You’re forking out $1200-$1500. Shoot, at some of the $1000-1200 price points you don’t get tapered headtubes, good drivetrains, or thru axles!

This bike is COMPLETELY upgradable! It will grow with the rider. It will eat up almost any trail you want to put it on and look good doing it.

I test rode the used bike at a local trail and DANG, it felt great! I will be directing all my future customers looking for a starter bike, even mid level, to this M.2 Ridge Pro. If you’re willing to spend $4-500 I say save a little more and get this bike for $750 and you’ll have a bike that you’ll be riding and upgrading for years to come!!

You’ll thank me later!

2013 TRD “MTB EDITION” with 216k miles.

I’ve been doing some big changes to my MTB travel rig. Im giving “Panda” some nice cosmetic changes inside and out.

Exterior: Blacked out lettering with real badges not just overlay. Black front grill with Raptor lights. Added Drop-step bars. I swapped all the faded and worn out bumper lights and light bar. I resurfaced the headlights to a like-new finish. I repainted the front bumper and top roof rails. Added the in bed storage and ice chest from the TRD Trail edition of a 3rd generation. Replaced the TRD decal with “TRD MTB Edition” (FAVORITE CHANGE).

On the interior: I replaced the old stereo for a 11.5” touch screen with all the modern amenities. “Deleted” all the interior silver for black or carbon fiber. Added new k***s and splashes of blue color. Covered the ugly grey seats with black leather look. Lots of other small changes here and there too.

Performance changes: OTT tune by AY Tuning LLCAY Tuning LLCS5000 shocks and struts. My friend and myself are swapping out the entire front suspension for this week for new parts, to improve the steering and ride quality. (CV Axles, Tie rods, upper/lower control arms, YotaTV progressive bump stops, and energy suspension bushings). There is probably some I’m leaving out.

Stay tuned…. More changes are coming!!!
