If not, it’s not too late to start! Grab some post-its or paper and a jar or box. Thank 15-30 secs per day and write down something you are thankful this year. On Jan 1, re-read all your notes and be encouraged that even through a tough year like 2020, you have at least 31 things to be thankful for and regardless of what comes your way in 2021, you can carry that same thankful mindset through the year.

✨👸🏽It has taken me such a long time to see the importance of celebrating both the big and small victories. I’ve always been that person who just moved on to tackle the next thing without taking the time to reflect, smile, be proud... but thankfully that has changed as I continue to grow!
