We might be closed for the season, but not before one last delivery 🐐😋 tis the season for giving, and we donated a few of our remaining trees to a local farm.

It’s not everyday you get to witness a master at work. However, if you snag a tree at Warm Belly Farm - Cottage Grove today, you’ll get to see one of the best there is.

Echo is an absolute legend in the tree lot circles. Known for his keen focus, impeccable customer service, and gorgeous curly locks of jet black hair, Echo is THE guy when it comes to Christmas trees. Of course, we had to call him out of retirement, and he was happy to respond.

He will sniff out the best possible tree for you and for once, you won’t mind a sales person (or sales dog) hovering around. He takes his job very seriously, and all he asks in return is just a little scratch behind the ears.

This is truly an incredible opportunity, and if you don’t have your tree yet, you’ll better start making your way to Cottage Grove 👀🎄🐾

For those who don’t have an annual tradition of getting their tree home in a car that definitely isn’t designed to transport a tree…we also can deliver for you 😜

🌲 A poem about how we are closing at 2:00 today:

As the snowfall drifts in steady,
And a hush falls across the lot,
We tuck our trees beneath their covers—
A cozy little Chrismas spot.

Under canvas, under cover,
They’re safe from winter’s sting,
Dreaming of warm living rooms
With lights that twinkle, and children sing.

But we’re closing up a bit early today—
We’re heading out at 2:00.
We’ll see you bright and early tomorrow—
Your perfect tree will be waiting here for you!

In case you ever wondered about the sustainability of real trees, take a look!

Faux trees are usually made of plastic, and more than ever people are talking about the impact plastic has on our lives.

Meanwhile, real trees smell amazing, look fantastic, produce oxygen during their growing years, and after Christmas they get a second life as mulch or (our personal favorite option) fish habitat! So next time you pull a large mouth bass out of the lake, there’s a chance you were fishing by your Christmas tree 🌲🐟

Both our Sun Prairie (Prairie Lakes, by Costco!) and Cottage Grove locations are open today for as long as weather lets us. Stop out and grab your future fish home— err, we mean Christmas tree! 😄

If you haven’t gotten yours yet, it’s not too late! We will be opening at 10am tomorrow at both our prairie lakes and Warm Belly Farm - Cottage Grove locations and staying open as long as weather permits (hopefully until 8pm!)

If you’re not in the mood to be snowed on, our warm belly farms location is housed in this (quite adorable) garden hoop decked out with lights. Very magical, highly recommend squeezing in a tree run before you get snowed in! See you tomorrow! 🎄

Our family has been selling Christmas trees in the Madison area for the last 50 years - and we’re thankful for the customers that come back year over year to bring one of our trees home.

Our trees are sourced locally from Silent Night Evergreens, who have a history of award winning trees and excellence, and we’re proud to sell the highest quality trees.

In the last two years, we’ve started making Christmas trees accessible to everyone by offering tree delivery, set up, and even disposal.
