It’s been a busy week balancing this business alongside  as recital season kicks into full gear 💃

6 years in business has taught me a lot about trends, customer habits, and what truly works.

When I first started, I did the craft show circuit — spending hours creating inventory, paying vendor fees, and hoping the right customers would walk by. Sometimes it worked… but many times I’d come home with most of the inventory I brought.

What I’ve learned is this: customers love customization. They want items that feel personal to them.

That realization shifted my business model. I moved away from carrying large amounts of inventory and focused more on custom orders through Etsy and personalized experiences. It turned out to be one of the best business decisions I’ve made.

Over the last few years, I started offering live pressing events, and now I’m expanding into on-site engraving as well. Instead of pre-making hundreds of items, I can now bring the blanks — apparel, keychains, party favors, tumblers, hats, and more — and let guests choose exactly what they want on the spot.

It’s interactive, personalized, and guests leave with something they’ll actually use and remember. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, races, dance competitions, and so much more.
