It’s Monday again and even our college students who started back to school are turning to our coffee to fuel their study sessions. This week on the roaster we have:

Tanzanian Gaia Estate — Medium-Light Roast

Tanzanian Gaia Estate is a bright, juicy medium-light roast with an interesting black tea character and a touch of citrus. A hint of dark chocolate comes through with a clean finish. One of those coffees that keeps surprising you the more you drink it. A few extra days of rest after roasting is recommended to bring out more of the sweetness. $19 -14oz/ $10- 7oz

Guatemalan Antigua — Medium Roast

Guatemalan Antigua Los Volcanoes is a smooth, well-rounded medium roast with rich chocolate notes, a touch of sweetness, and a clean, easy finish. Not sharp or overly acidic, just a solid, balanced cup that's hard not to love. 14oz-$17/ 7oz-$9

Our Honduran sold out so fast, so we added a second weekly roast. Since our customer favorite, Guatemalan is now back in stock, we wanted to feature it for you.

Order by noon on Tuesday, on the website. Coffee will be ready to pick up on Wednesday. We always offer FREE pick up at Skinny's Repair Shop and we offer local delivery.

Mexican Oaxaca — Medium Roast

Mexican Oaxaca is a clean, smooth medium roast with a sweet caramel and milk chocolate backbone, soft acidity, and a rounded, creamy body. Nothing sharp or unexpected, just a well-balanced, easy-drinking cup that works great black or with cream. A solid everyday coffee that also shines in milk-based drinks. 7oz-$9/14oz-$17

Costa Rican Red Honey — Medium-Light Roast

Costa Rican Red Honey is a complex, medium-light roast with bright citrus up front, a smooth chocolaty undertone, and just a hint of red fruit that peeks through without taking over. The red honey process gives it a lot of personality. If you like a cup with layers to it, this one delivers. Not your average Latin American coffee. 7oz-$11/ 14oz-$21

Organic Rwanda Dukunde — Light Roast

Rwanda Dukunde is an Organic washed coffee with a bright, clean light roast with a chocolaty base, a touch of citrus, and a sweet herbal note that gives it interesting depth. As it cools, the acidity settles down and a little brown sugar sweetness comes through.
7oz-$10/ 14oz-$19

Brazil Mogiana — Medium-Dark Roast

Brazil Mogiana is a smooth, full-bodied medium-dark roast with rich chocolate tones, low acidity, and a clean, satisfying finish. A good everyday coffee that can also double for expresso. Nothing sharp or complicated here with this coffee. 7oz-$8/ 14oz-$14

Costa Rica Tarrazu La Esperanza Natural — Medium-Light Roast

Costa Rica Tarrazu La Esperanza is a natural process, sweet, fruit-forward medium-light roast. The medium-light roast combined with the natural process opens up the brightness and red fruit tones, without sacrificing the rich chocolate sweetness. A nice cup that's a little more complex than your average Costa Rican. 7oz-$10/ 14oz-$19

Organic Dominican Ramirez Estate — Medium Roast

Dominican Ramirez Estate Organic is a rich, smooth medium roast with chocolate and nutty tones, a touch of spice, and low acidity that makes it easy to drink cup after cup. This coffee comes from the same farm as our Dominican Red Honey, a fan favorite. This one doesn't have quite the fruit explosion that one does, but it's full bodied and satisfying without being heavy. 7 oz- $10 / 14oz- $19
